The center pole has different height positions for the wheel hooks. The wheel can be fixed or rotating.
Different elastubes and accesories can be fitted: Elastics of different sizes and strengths, wrist or ankles straps, belts, harness, sticks.
Fixed support are placed on the base for each user to connect battle ropes or use it as lower elastic support.
